These cards highlight the most important aspects of how xjili handles your personal data. The complete binding policy is set out in full below — please read all sections carefully.
What We Collect
We collect registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, gameplay logs, device information, and communication history — only what is necessary to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.
Why We Collect It
Your data is used to verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, personalise your experience, detect fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.
Who We Share It With
xjili does not sell your personal data. We share it only with verified payment processors, identity verification partners, regulatory authorities when legally required, and technology service providers operating under strict data agreements.
How We Protect It
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only, and our systems are subject to regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. You may also object to certain processing activities. Contact support to exercise any of these rights.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five (5) years after closure, in line with Philippine anti-money laundering and tax retention requirements. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
