01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and xjili ("xjili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the xjili website located at xjili.cam, including all games, services, features, content, and tools made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the xjili Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. 02Eligibility

To register and use the xjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by xjili. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, or artificial entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the xjili Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of xjili or any of its business partners, game providers, or payment service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the xjili platform or any platform operated by xjili's affiliates.

xjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested may result in account suspension or closure and retention of funds pending regulatory review.

03Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the xjili platform. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein, regardless of whether any of the accounts were used to conduct fraudulent activity.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to promptly notify xjili of any changes to your registration information by contacting our support team. xjili shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact xjili support immediately.

xjili reserves the right to refuse registration, close an account, or restrict access to any player at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that breaches this Agreement or applicable law.

04Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xjili platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds:

1. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
2. Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent any security measure.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game, including live dealer games, poker, or any competitive format.
5. Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
6. Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, or using the xjili platform for any unlawful financial activity.
7. Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
8. Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing communication directed at xjili staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with xjili's software or systems.

05Bonuses & Promotions

xjili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a verified and fully active xjili account in good standing.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be communicated clearly in the offer terms.

06Payments & Withdrawals

xjili supports multiple payment methods designed for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and may be updated from time to time.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

07Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any xjili content without express written permission.
• Use data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the xjili website on another website or platform.
• Use xjili trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including losses arising from:

• Game interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond xjili's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or reputation arising in connection with the Services.
• Reliance on any information or content provided on the platform.

xjili's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09Privacy

xjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

xjili implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. 11Termination

xjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected.
• xjili is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.
• xjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.

In the event of termination for cause, xjili reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation and regulatory review. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory authorities for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

13Amendments to These Terms

xjili reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xjili will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. The revised terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the xjili Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Services and contact support to close your account.
